Stefon Diggs recently revealed that he wanted out of Minnesota because the offense was headed in a run-heavy direction, saying that staying there wasn’t in the best interest of his career. He was certainly right about that. It seems that Brandon Beane’s trade for him was the best thing for his career as he has made an instant impact for Josh Allen and the Bills. His performance also vaulted him to the top of the Bills record books. As of today, Stefon Diggs and Eric Moulds are tied at the top for most receptions in a single season with 100 but that will change tomorrow night with a single catch from Diggs.

Diggs is currently 9th on the single-season receiving yards list for the Bills. He is 201 yards behind Moulds for that record as well. With 3 games to go, Diggs has a really great shot to etch his name into Bills history for receiving yards, too. You have to think Diggs is thrilled with how things have worked out for him. From being phased out in a run-heavy offense in Minnesota to rewriting a franchise’s record books in Buffalo, I would say Diggs is right where he belongs.
