Game Preview: BUF vs KC

WEEK 12: Buffalo Bills (5-5-0) and Kansas City Chiefs (6-4-0)

After last weeks disaster game in Los Angeles, the Bills are on the road again. This time in Kansas City. Going back to last week, the Chiefs lost to the New York Giants (2-9-0) in a very low scoring game. To a score of 9-12 in overtime.

Currently, the Bills hold the number one place in the Hunt. If they want to get anywhere close to the playoffs, they need to start winning – and winning right now. The Chiefs started off the season 5-0. After losing two straight to the Steelers and Raiders, they are trying to regroup as a team. They have lost 4 out of the last 5 games.

Just yesterday, the Chiefs signed free-agent cornerback Darrelle Revis to a 2-year contract. He joins an already talented group of corners. If he can play as well as he did in New England and in New York, this is one guy to watch out for. Especially the entire group.

This week, Tyrod Taylor has been given his starting role back after last weeks lost.

On the other side, there are some names to watch out for. On the run, Kareem Hunt. He has been explosive at times, but has not been able to go over 100 yards in a game in more than 5 weeks. But he is number two in the NFL when it comes to yards. Never doubt his abilities. I believe both Hunt and McCoy will have strong games.

This season, Alex Smith has has a QB rating of 107.6 and 2,647 yards in the air with 18 touchdowns. Last week, Smith’s rating was 61.5%. He completed 27 of 40 passes for 230 yards.

Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce are the main targets for the Bills defense to really watch out for. Both have produced big yardage this season and won’t stop now.

Their defense is strong and the Bills offense needs to find a way around it. The Bills top three wide receivers and TE Charles Clay are questionable and Cordy Glenn, John Miller, and Mike Tolbert are out.

The Bills obviously need to improve greatly from the last few games. If the Giants can beat the Chiefs, we can.
